High School Cheerleading

Head Coach: Michelle Richmond

I have been apart of Warriors since 2001 and I cheered for the warriors from 6th-12th grade. I have loved cheerleading and I love still getting to be a part of it now. I have made lifelong friends through the Warriors and cheerleading. I have coached varsity cheerleading for 3 years and I love watching every team member grow in the sport, in their faith, and as a team together.

Cheer has been a part of my life since I was 6 years old! I was a part of the first mini squad for the Warriors and cheered in JH & High School. I started coaching for the Warriors in 2021. I enjoy helping athletes learn discipline, hard work and teamwork. Warriors is a unique organization to be able to include the faith in all that we do!

Hi, I'm Larissa. I was a cheerleader for the Wichita Warriors for 12 years and coached the minis cheer team for the last 3 of those years. After the Warriors, I went on to cheer for Butler Community College, but now I'm ready to go back to my Warrior roots as a Junior High coach!

Assistant Coach: Lucy Davis

This will be my second year coaching, and I am incredibly excited to continue sharing my experience and passion for cheerleading with these amazing girls! Before stepping into coaching, I spent five years as a Warrior athlete. Cheerleading has always been a major part of my life, and I am deeply committed to helping our athletes achieve their goals both on and off the mat.

I cheered for the Warriors for 8 years, and played a few other sports in that time as well. My husband and I met through the Warrior program in middle school. We married shortly after graduating high school and we now have four daughters, with two of them already participating in Warrior sports! Cheerleading was such a joy for me, I am very excited to coach this year and hopefully pass that love of cheerleading on!

Assistant Coach: Reagan Irvin

I am thrilled to join our homeschool cheer program this year as a co-coach for the Minis team. I bring six years of personal cheer experience, including serving as a high school captain and competing twice at the national level. Because I spent my cheer career as a main and side base, I specialize in stunting and love teaching young athletes how to trust their teammates and build confidence. Deeply rooted in my faith, I have also spent over four years volunteering with elementary kids at First Evangelical Free Church. My husband, Brevin, and I have been married for seven years and share a son, George, with a baby girl on the way this fall.
