Women's Varsity Volleyball
Head Coach: Aimee Counce
Christ is first and foremost in my life, and that foundation carries into the way I coach. My heart is not only to help these young women grow as volleyball players but also to encourage them to deepen their relationship with God. I have been coaching volleyball for 5 years, with experience in both club and regular season play. Before coaching, I had the privilege of competing at the collegiate level at Southern Nazarene University and Friends University. My volleyball journey began with the Wichita Warriors, where I started playing in 8th grade as a homeschool student. I also competed in basketball, track, and soccer with the Warriors, and spent 4 years playing high-level club volleyball. Being homeschooled and part of the Warrior program was such a blessing in my life, and I count it a joy to now give back to the program that shaped me as both an athlete and a person.
Assistant Coach: Emily Brown
I have coached volleyball for about 10 years for both school and club. I also spent several years coaching basketball. I have a strong passion for understanding the fundamentals of the game and developing the whole player.

Women's JV Volleyball
Head Coach: Kelsie Krizek
My name is Kelsie Krizek, and I am honored to serve as the Head High School JV Volleyball Coach for the Wichita Warriors. Above all, Jesus Christ is my Lord and Savior, and my daily goal is to glorify God in all that I do while pointing others to Him. I am a homeschooling mom, and my husband, Layne, and I have been blessed with four wonderful children: Kinsley, Hudson, River, and Maverick. My love for volleyball began in middle school after my family moved from Texas to Oklahoma, and it quickly became a passion that continued throughout my middle school and high school years. Since I began coaching high school volleyball for the Warriors in 2025, my desire has been to help each player grow in her technical skills while encouraging Christlike character, teamwork, and integrity both on and off the court. As 1 Corinthians 10:31 instructs us to do everything for the glory of God, that verse serves as the foundation of my coaching philosophy.
Assistant Coach: Jessie Cole
I have Coached Volleyball for the Wichita Warriors for 5 years. Candice Bauer and I Coached High School Varsity Together for two year back in 2012-2013 seasons. I coached three seasons of Middle School Volleyball, and this will be my first season of JV. Excited to be back at the high school Level. I played some volleyball back in high school and I deeply enjoy the sport and love to help the girls grow in their skills, while watching their friendships grow. I'm married to Drew Cole, who grew up in the organization, we have four children (Izzy, Ian, Nolan & Jackson) and we love the community we've found in the Warriors for our whole family.
